Refund Policy

We built KahitPiso to actually be worth what you paid for it. If it isn't working out for you, we'd rather refund you than have you stuck with something you don't use. Here's exactly how it works.

1. The Standard Guarantee — 30 Days

Every KahitPiso purchase — Financial Tracker, Inventory Tracker, Bundle, or 5-in-1 Full System — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date of purchase. Try it with your actual business for real, not just a quick look. If it's not for you, message us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.

2. The Extended Guarantee — 60 Days

If you added the checkout bump — 60-Day Guarantee + Priority Support + Lifetime Updates (₱98, available on Bundle and 5-in-1 Full System) — your refund window is doubled to 60 days instead of 30. This add-on also moves your support messages to the front of the queue and entitles you to every future update to your workbook, free, for as long as you own it.

For Financial Tracker and Inventory Tracker, the checkout add-on is instead a topical BIR guide (Bookkeeping or Recordkeeping) at 50% off — that add-on doesn't change your refund window, which stays at the standard 30 days.

3. How to Request a Refund

No forms, no interrogation. Message Callden Works MNL on Facebook with the email address you purchased with, and let us know you'd like a refund. We'll process it back to your original payment method through PayMongo — typically within a few business days, depending on your bank/e-wallet's own processing time.

4. What's Covered

• You genuinely tried the workbook and it doesn't fit how your business works.
• You bought the wrong package by mistake (e.g. meant to get the Bundle, got a single tracker) — we'll sort this out, either as a refund or an upgrade credit, whichever you'd prefer.
• A real technical issue prevented you from accessing or using your purchase, and we couldn't fix it in a reasonable time.

5. What's Not Covered

• Requests made after the guarantee window (30 or 60 days) has closed.
• Cases where the workbook has clearly been copied, redistributed, or resold to others — see our Terms of Service on licensing.
• Buyer's remorse after actively using the product well past a reasonable trial period within the window (we look at this in good faith, not as a gotcha — a buyer who used it for 3 weeks and decided it's not for them is exactly who this guarantee is for).

6. Upgrades Instead of Refunds

If you bought a single tracker and want to upgrade to the Bundle or 5-in-1 instead of refunding entirely, message us — we can usually apply what you already paid toward the upgrade rather than making you refund and repurchase from scratch.
