These Terms govern your purchase and use of KahitPiso ("the Product"), a set of Google Sheets/Excel business-tracking templates sold by Callden Works MNL ("we," "us," "our"), based in Manila, Philippines. By purchasing or using KahitPiso, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't complete your purchase.
KahitPiso is a digital product — a pre-built Google Sheets/Excel workbook (Financial Tracker, Inventory Tracker, Bundle, or the 5-in-1 Full System, depending on what you purchase) plus accompanying PDF guides. You're buying a license to use the file, not the underlying software, formulas, or design as intellectual property.
Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Once paid, the file is yours to keep and use indefinitely, subject to the license terms below.

If you want to use KahitPiso across multiple separate businesses you own, or need a team/multi-seat arrangement, message us on Facebook first — we're generally reasonable about this, we just want to know.
Payments are processed securely through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, and other QR Ph-enabled wallets). We never see or store your card, GCash, or Maya credentials — PayMongo handles that directly.
Once payment is confirmed, you get instant access to your vault — no manual approval, no waiting on us. If your access link doesn't work, use the email lookup on the Vault page or message us on Facebook.
See our full Refund Policy for details. Short version: every purchase includes a 30-day guarantee (60 days if you added the extended-guarantee add-on at checkout). If you're not satisfied, message us — no interrogation, no hoops.
KahitPiso, including any bundled compliance/BIR guides, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice, and using it does not create any advisory relationship between you and Callden Works MNL. Tax rules, contribution rates, and filing requirements change — always verify current requirements with the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or a licensed accountant before relying on any computation for an official filing.
We build and test every formula carefully before release, but KahitPiso is provided "as is." We're not liable for business decisions, tax filings, payroll errors, or financial losses arising from your use of the template, including from data entry mistakes, formula misuse, or reliance on outdated government rate tables you haven't updated in the Settings tab.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability to you for any claim related to KahitPiso is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
We may update, improve, or fix the template over time. If you're entitled to lifetime updates (5-in-1 Full System, or the extended-guarantee add-on), you'll be notified of major updates via the email you purchased with.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of KahitPiso after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
